Despair and Hope is going to be an expansion for PSU AOTI that will bring all the JP content offline. It will also include Ep3 story missions which were online only.

Has 2 missions packs that will replace some missions with the vehicle missions from PSU v1's story mode. (Lungas, Jet skis, etc) and another that has missions that were JP only and have areas that was also JP only. (Coast and El Bals Mountain.)
Agrajag has some other neat mods he did there so go to that thread for full details.
