Introduction
Gunner is a really good class. They go and flip shit and just rule the fucking world mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.
Builds
Keep this in mind that these builds will be for Gu/Hu and Gu/Ra
Here are some builds
Guld Milla Build: ryuhiroshi.funpic.de/pso2/skillcalc.php?06eebnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIk0jebIoqnGKsN6JiGA000007b000009b000000lb2QHScFbAfGAgBbp0000ib000000lb0000000Ib000008

(last remaining points are up to you)
Gu/Ra Build: ryuhiroshi.funpic.de/pso2/skillcalc.php?06kAbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIkbnIk0lbIn0000000lb000009bJdJ2fGFlkdnin0000jdB2QHScFInfGAgBbp0000ib000000lb0000000Ib000008
(Thanks kennykins!)
As you can see. S Roll JA is your main skill you want first. Go for that when you start leveling a Gunner. It's the reason why they are so amazing. As for the Guld Milla build, you will keep your HP full the whole time so might as well max out PK. For the Hunter side, just max out all the Fury stance builds and the JA bonuses. Keep this in mind that if you follow Heal Stab with a jump, it will not get the boost from Fury Combo Up. Also Automate Halfline isn't really needed. Just master that flip and you can pretty much avoid any attack. For bosses that have a lot of HP, load up chain trigger and begin to fuck shit up

Photon Arts
Twin Machineguns are your only weapon you will use. There are few situations that you may be better off using Gunslashes but we will discuss those later. Lets get to the PAs you will use. Each PA should have their own palette due to S roll JA only boosting the first PA in your set.
Elder Rebellion: The classic PA that most Gunners know about. This is the PA that got Gunners kicked out of JP AQ parties before the days of S roll JA! What it does is that the last two shots it does sends enemies in the air. This really annoys people trying to attack the mobs. This PA is still really good. Even with S roll JA I still don't really recommend using it against enemies since it will piss the players off. There are a couple of bosses where this is really amazing, like Fang/Snow Banshee, Banther, Quartz Dragon, Dragon Ex, and Falz Hunar. Just remember to keep targeting the spot you are attacking on the boss!
Infinity Fire: Here is your boss killer and sometimes against a few wave of monsters. What you do is after flipping and following it with a JA. When shooting, mash the Y button (or right mouse click depending on what your button is for PAs) and you will get more hits with IF. Some bosses like Rockbear is best to go to TPS mode and using IF on his face. Like with ER, if you are not using TPS mode, hold your target on that specific spot.
Heel Stab: This is it! This is the PA that broke Gunners....according to the tards on PSOW. This is not the case. However that doesn't mean its bad. Its still really good against waves of monsters. This is also really amazing against the Goldrahda waves in Tower Defense. You don't really have to do a full charge to wreck shit.
There are some other PAs that have situational uses and I will list them.
Messiah Time: This PA is only really good against a few bosses, like Bal Rados and Blu Ringahda . Like with IF, mash the Y button like a mad man! It also has a few uses for Tower Defense. Its not a bad PA but I feel IF is better for most of the time.
Satellite Aim: This PA is only really good against Gu/Ga Wondas asses. If you can position your flips correctly, you can kill them with just one SA. Very hard to use so I can say just use IF.
Bullet Squall: This one is only really useful against Persona (AKA Purple Sword Easy Man). You do like to position your flips correctly in order to work. It could also be amazing against Ragne when he is down.

Weapons Recommendations
Here is the list of mechs I can recommend.
Yasminkov 9000M: This is the classic mechs that gunners use for a long time. Its latent increases ZRA. You will do a lot of damage when you are close to the boss. I will say only craft it if you have a ton of DEX. Affixes I recommend on this is either Shoot III/Mizer Soul/Stamina Boost or Shoot III/Mizer Soul/Shooting Boost.
Flamme Revolver: These are the guns you should use if you want consist damage. They have IS. They are very cheap to buy and can kinda be a bitch to grind. Buy it maxed out if you want. Affixes should be Shoot III/Mizer Soul/Stamina Boost.
Heretically: These mechs are more expensive and unless you really want to pull out a lot of damage. Same latent as Flamme except a bit stronger. I can only recommend it if you really like how they look. The Edge...it hurts!
Pao Houou: These guns are really underrated IMO. Crushing Blow is really good since you're always gonna hit weakspots with mechs. You will need good aim to get these to work out well. Same affixes as Flamme.
Brauvint: Unless you have a fuckton of money to blow, I can't recommend these. It has the same latent as Yas. If you do end up buying them, I would suggest only buying one then spam Forest and FC AQ for 10* mechs to element grind them. Also use those 10* mechs you get a lot from TD. Same Affixes as Yas 9000M.
Guld Milla: The sexy looking guns! These guns make you a god thanks to HP steal. It will be difficult to get these since you can't hunt them. 11* trading is coming soon so you can get your hands on one. Plus you can 50 element them when it comes. Some use these on their own while others only use it for the HP steal while using strong mechs. Affixes I recommend are Shoot III/Mizer Soul/Shooting Boost/Stamina III
Shiranuiboshi: Unless you plan on buying so many Extreme Quest runs to 50 element these, I can't recommend these. Its latent boosts its power a lot with no weather affect. This doesn't work with Tower Defense and Falz. even if you don't 50 element these, they are still the best mechs to use against bosses and Nab 2/Altar TAs. Same affixes as Guld Milla.
Crafted Yas 2000H/9000M/Egg Blaster: These are the only mechs I can recommend to craft. They are the same since they all have ZRA except 9000M which you get a +30 R-ATK from Rare Mastery. You will need a lot of dex from your mag if you want to keep your variance low. Affixes I say go for Shoot III/Mizer Soul/Arm III. Arm III increases DEX. Best part about using crafted mechs is that you can use the Hunter Equippable item to make these equippable by Hunter. This is good so you don't have to use shitty all class mechs to level the Hunter once you got Gunner capped.

Tips
There are tips that I can give you.
-First off, like I said eariler, don't spam ER against mobs. This will piss your party off a lot. Try to use IF or HS.
-Only use Chain Trigger against bosses that have a lot of HP or if you are soloing.
-If you are playing Tower Defense, you will be one of the main DPSers. Stay at your tower unless you're in Wave 4. Depending on the party, always be one of the people to fight Vibrance.
-If you are doing Elder and it takes forever. Just chain trigger his core and get it over with. You most likely have multiple characters so just kill him to get your other fights.

Units
There are 2 unit sets I can recommend to use for your Gunner. These same sets can also work for Gu/Ra too.
Calburn Set:
リア/カルブンウィング
アーム/カルブントール
レッグ/カルブンフィン
Tian Set:
リア/グワンマンリン
アーム/グワンマンエン
レッグ/イングプレート (This is a 2 part set. use this for your leg unit)
Calburn is more cheaper to get than Tian. Tian will give you more HP and can be really good.
Affixes I can recommend are either (This is for 3 slotting since we will be cheap.)
Shoot III/Mizer Soul/Stamina Boost
Mizer Soul/Stamina III/Stamina Boost
It's really up to you what you want to use. no Spirita Booster since gunners don't really need a lot of PP.
